Martha Pearline Vause

Timmonsville Martha P. Vause age 72, died July 20, 2013 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock PM Tuesday July 23,2013 at Unity Christian Fellowship with burial in the church cemetery directed by Floyd Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Born in Horry County, she was a daughter of the late Daniel Lewis Tyler and Celia Wiggins Tyler. She was a retired seamstress and was a member of Unity Christian Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Daniel Vause. Surviving are a daughter; Dara (Scotty Floyd) Locklair of Olanta, a son; Danny Matthews of Scranton, two step-daughters; Melissa (Kevin) Cook of Timmonsville, and Candy Lambert of Georgetown, two step-sons; Joseph D. (Bobbie) Vause, Jr. of Santee, and Leroy Melvin (Missy) Vause of Timmonsville. A special friend, Loretta Tedder, 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
