Effingham - Phillip Allison Coward age 53, died December 11, 2015 at his home after an illness. A memorial service will be held December 17, 2015 at 6:00 PM at Unity Christian Fellowship. Born in Florence County, he was a son of the late Rev. Joseph W. Coward and Blanche Parrott Coward. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, George 'Tiney' Coward and Downey Ray Coward.
